FAQ

1. Is the quantity of stock displayed in the parts search on the homepage what LEOCOM currently holds in stock?

Except for very few quantities, most are inventory quantities held by LEOCOM's foreign partners. Stock updates are conducted daily, so the information is mostly accurate, and for some products, real-time stock quantities can be checked after searching the homepage.

2. How long does it take for delivery if there is stock in the parts search?

When searching for parts on the website, if there is stock available, the estimated delivery time is displayed. You can place an order if you can wait for this period.

3. What if there is no stock or the quantity is less than desired during parts search?

In this case, please request a quote on the website. If delivery is possible, a manager will be assigned to respond to your quote via email. You do not need to sign up for membership to request a quote.

4. If stock quantities are insufficient, is it possible to receive the available stock first and the rest as it comes in? How will additional shipping costs be handled?

Yes, it is possible. For parts priced below 60,000 KRW, domestic shipping costs (3,300 KRW) will be added. For orders over 60,000 KRW, shipping to the second destination is free.

5. How often is the stock quantity updated?

Stock updates are conducted daily, and for some products (with a real-time stock check button), real-time inventory checks are also possible.

6. What is the minimum order quantity?

Typically, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. However, depending on the part, it could be 10 or 50 pieces. When you search for the desired part on the website, the minimum purchase quantity will be displayed.

7. For example, if I purchase only one semiconductor, are there any additional costs?

As stated in the sales conditions - omitted.

8. Is it impossible to purchase parts not found in parts search?

For parts not found on the website, please request a quote. You can request a quote even for products that are not searched, using the quote request menu at the top of the website.

9. Is it possible for LEOCOM to supply all parts worldwide?

No, it is not possible. However, through long-term cooperation with many suppliers, we can send a quote if the part is not in stock. In total, over 10 million types are possible.

10. What are the advantages of using LEOCOM for purchasing parts?

When purchasing small quantities of parts, there is no need to pay additional shipping and repackaging fees.
For personal purchases of small quantities of parts from overseas, you may need to pay high shipping fees.
Most overseas parts suppliers set a minimum order quantity (MOQ),
and you cannot purchase unless you meet this minimum quantity.
Additionally, because you can purchase parts from multiple suppliers in one place,
you can relatively save on costs.
For example, if you are purchasing 10 different types of parts and there are 5 suppliers,
the buyer needs to contact multiple places, which can take additional costs and time.
At Baks, we handle over 3 million types of parts, but it is not possible to supply all parts.
However, in many cases, parts can be found using a wide network.
For items purchased regularly, using the Scheduled Order option
allows you to purchase parts at a lower price.
For example, if you purchase 50 units of the same part in January, 50 units in February, and 50 units in March,
the price of the parts is applied to 150 units instead of 50 units, resulting in a lower price.

11. Before purchasing parts, our company must submit a quote to collect payment. In this case, can I receive a quote?

Of course, there are two ways:
Automatic Quote: For normally sale items with sufficient inventory, search for the desired parts and press the quote request button to automatically create a quote.
Manual Quote: If there is insufficient stock or the part cannot be searched for, please request a quote and LEOCOM will send a quote.
It takes about one day for products with no stock.

12. Does LEOCOM sell only in small quantities?

We sell regardless of the quantity requested by the buyer. For more than the maximum quantity listed on the Internet, please request a quote for a better price.
